A 5-step workflow from Progress Claim submission to payment release

Initiation

Contractor Submits Progress Claim

  • Contractor prepares and submits the Progress Claim together with all supporting documents to FQM and FPS.

Site Valuation

Consultant Conducts Site Valuation & Circulates for Signature

  • FPS and FQM conduct site valuation together with PCMD for verification of completed works.
  • The measurement record is circulated to all relevant parties for signature.

Valuation

FPS Prepares Interim Valuation

  • FPS prepares the Interim Valuation based on the verified and signed site measurement record.

Certification

FQM Issues Payment Certificate

  • FQM reviews the Interim Valuation and issues the Payment Certificate.

Final Submission

Contractor Compiles & Submits Final Package to Gamuda C&C

  • Contractor compiles all supporting documents including the fully signed Workdone, Interim Valuation and Payment Certificate.
  • Complete package is formally submitted to Gamuda C&C to initiate payment.
